What we know about you is what you told us on the phone. This site itself collects nothing at all.
What the website collects
Nothing. Every page here is a static file. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no comment box, no advertising pixel and no analytics script. The fonts are served from this same domain rather than a font network, so loading a page makes no request to anyone else at all.
No cookie is set by this site. If your browser shows a cookie for this domain, it did not come from us.
Our host, like every web host, writes ordinary server logs — the requesting IP address, the time, the page and the user agent. Those logs exist to keep the site available and to stop abuse. We do not join them to anything, sell them, or use them to build a profile.
What we collect when you call
To book and complete a repair we need your name, a phone number, the service address, the appliance model and serial number, and a description of the fault. We keep the invoice and the job notes afterwards, because the parts warranty runs for a year and we need to be able to look up what we fitted.
That information is used to schedule the visit, order the correct part, and honour the warranty. It is not sold, rented, or handed to a marketing service. Where a part has to be ordered, the supplier receives only what the order requires.
If you would like your details removed from our records, call (904) 442-8210 and ask. We will remove everything we are not obliged to keep for tax or warranty purposes.

Children
This is a home appliance repair site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no archive; the current version is the whole of it.
