  • The model and serial number from the rating plate, if you can reach it.
  • What the appliance does, in the order it does it.
  • Whether anything changed first — a power cut, a plumbing repair, a new filter.
  • Whether the appliance is still inside its factory warranty.

Flat $129 diagnostic, credited toward the repair when you approve the work. You get a written estimate before any part is ordered or any labor is billed. 90 days on labor, 365 days on parts, genuine OEM parts only.
