One flat figure to find out
Flat $129 diagnostic, credited toward the repair when you approve the work.
You get a written estimate before any part is ordered or any labor is billed.
How it works
The diagnostic buys the measurements, not a guess. Nothing is ordered and no labour is billed until the estimate is in your hand.
$129 to diagnose
There is one published price on this site, and this is it. Everything after the diagnosis depends on the part, so quoting a repair range before we have seen the appliance would be a guess dressed up as a number.
The diagnostic is flat rather than hourly. A fault that takes forty minutes to find and one that takes two hours cost you the same, which removes any reason for us to hurry the part of the visit that decides everything else.

How the money works, in order
Four steps, and you decide at the third one. Nothing is ordered, billed or fitted before that.
You book a window
We take the model and serial number, the symptom, and the address. That decides which parts ride along, which is the whole reason we work Thermador and nothing else.
We diagnose on site
The $129 covers travel into St. Johns County, the testing, and a plain explanation of what failed and why. It is a flat figure, not an hourly one.
You get it in writing
Parts and labor, itemised, before anything is ordered. If the repair is not worth doing on that appliance, the estimate says so and you owe the diagnostic only.
You approve, we repair
Approve the estimate and the $129 comes off the total. Payment is due when the work is finished and the appliance has been tested in front of you.
Parts
Genuine OEM parts. Control boards, valves and sensors in these appliances are matched to the model rather than generic, and an aftermarket substitute that half-works costs more in the end than the correct part did.
Second visits
If a part has to be ordered, the return visit to fit it carries no second diagnostic. You pay the diagnostic once per fault.
Still in factory warranty?
Call the manufacturer first. Under that coverage the work should cost you nothing, and we will tell you so rather than take the booking.
