Matanzas Kitchen Service is an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Thermador or its parent company. All brand names and model numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the appliances we service.
That is not a formality buried in a footer. Being independent is the arrangement, not a shortfall: nobody routes our schedule, nobody sets our parts markup, and we are free to tell you when a repair is not worth doing on a cabinet of a certain age.
If your appliance is still inside its factory warranty, call the manufacturer first. Under that coverage the work should cost you nothing, and we will say so rather than take the call.
One manufacturer
We repair Thermador appliances. We do not carry another brand's parts or literature, because knowing one control-board family properly is what turns a two-visit diagnosis into a one-visit repair.

Flat $129 diagnostic, credited toward the repair when you approve the work.
You get a written estimate before any part is ordered or any labor is billed. 90 days on labor, 365 days on parts, genuine OEM parts only.
Readings before parts
Most calls in this county have a physical cause you can measure: an open element leg, a corroded condenser, a shared circuit sagging under load, an opening that is out of square. We take the readings first and quote from what they say.
It is slower on the first visit and faster overall, and it means the written estimate you get describes a fault we have actually seen rather than a part we happen to stock.
